BehaviorLab was created in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Familiar routines were broken, and we all had to adapt to a new reality. We had to look at things with new eyes and find smarter ways to work, lead and create change.
Many changes fail because they don’t take into account how people actually change their behavior. Change doesn’t happen on its own – it happens when barriers are removed, when solutions are intuitive, and when the new becomes easier than the status quo.
Since we started, we have worked with both small and large companies, across industries in the private and public sectors.
We look at what leaders and employees actually do on a day-to-day basis, what hinders them, and what can make their jobs easier. Our focus is how to fix the job, not the people who do it.
